1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NeoParent, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Not Medical Advice

NeoParent provides general guidance on pregnancy, parenting and wellness — including recommended tests, vaccinations, sanskaras, recovery phases, milestones and Ayurvedic / Garbh Sanskar practices. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified obstetrician, paediatrician or other licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use NeoParent. You agree to provide accurate information (including phone number, stage and due date / baby DOB) and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the app, attempt to access another user's account, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, upload reviews or AI messages that are unlawful, abusive, hateful or violate the rights of others, or use the AI guide to obtain information for harming yourself, your baby or any other person.

5. AI Guide (Amma) Limitations

The AI guide uses third-party language models. Replies may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Treat every AI suggestion as informational only. Never make medical decisions — about medication, tests, vaccines, scans, supplements, exercise, fasting or labour — based solely on an AI reply.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content inside NeoParent — including books, journey topics, sanskaras, milestones, vaccination schedules, baby names, hospital-bag templates, blessings and mantras — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial benefit. You may not redistribute, copy in bulk, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. User-Submitted Content

Reviews, hospital-bag entries and messages you send to the AI guide are your content. By submitting them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and process them so the app can function (for example, to show your review to other users, or to fetch an AI reply). You can delete them from the app at any time.

8. Pricing & Subscriptions

NeoParent is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in future, pricing and renewal terms will be displayed clearly before any purchase. Any subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account; this removes your profile, trackers, AI history and reviews.

10. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoParent and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or medical-decision-related damages arising from your use of the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
